Shopping and enquiries

When you submit a request, we receive the contact details, delivery address, products and notes you provide so we can respond and arrange your order. Our hosting and service providers process information needed to operate and secure the website. The request cart is saved on your device independently of analytics. Staff sign-in uses essential security and session cookies.

WhatsApp ordering opens WhatsApp with your selected product enquiry. Information you choose to send there is also processed under WhatsApp’s privacy terms. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing, using the cart, submitting requests or ordering on WhatsApp.

Optional Google Analytics

Only after you select Accept analytics do we load Google Analytics 4. It helps us understand page visits, product interest, cart activity, submitted requests and contact-link clicks. An enquiry or WhatsApp click is not treated as a completed purchase.

Google receives technical information associated with these requests, such as your browser, device, network connection and cookie identifiers. Our event payloads exclude customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order notes, receipt IDs and WhatsApp message text. Page addresses sent by our application exclude query strings and fragments. Staff pages are excluded, and advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Google may process analytics information outside Kenya. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices. Consent is the basis for our optional analytics; continuing to browse does not give consent.

Cookies and remembering your choice

We save your acceptance or rejection and its date in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. We ask again when that choice expires or is cleared. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current visit. Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_*; this website configures their lifetime to 180 days, with renewal during consented use. Your analytics consent still expires after 180 days.

Change or withdraw consent

Use Cookie preferences in the footer at any time. Choose Reject analytics to withdraw consent. We stop further analytics tracking and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website. Your cart and essential features are retained. Choices synchronize between open tabs on the same website address; other devices or browser profiles have their own choices.
